Kiss & Tell
Tying the Knot
Meggan and Jason will be getting married in just a couple weeks. So looking forward to their wedding and meeting their friends and family. Here are a couple images from their recent engagement session by Nationwide Arena. After their session, I got to go to my very first Blue Jackets game and learn a bit about hockey! As you can see, Meggan and Jason are both big Blue Jackets fans!

Baby Girl
I got the joy of meeting this adorable baby girl just a few weeks after meeting her “big sister”, Cammie, the dalmatian. Cammie came in for our Dog Days of Summer event and the little munchkin was born about a month later. We had a fun time during the session for this little princess. At one point, she peed on the floor-just missing her dad by a few inches! You never know what will happen during a newborn session. In these images, she’s about 10 days old. It’s amazing how much babies change in just a few short weeks. Cherish the moments with your children-they go by in a heartbeat.
Adorable Siblings!
Kim’s adorable children came in for a session in our tu tus and top hats a while ago. Kim is a good friend from the Junior League of Columbus. She and I joined the League the same year and since we both live in the same area, we ended up in the same new member group. These two are so spunky-I know they keep Kim on her toes! I have such a good time capturing the personalities of children, and I love how they are pushing each other on the couch-such a wonderful representation of their sibling relationship!
Swimming Fun
Jenny came in for her senior portrait session with some amazing ideas! She is a swimmer for Gahanna Lincoln, and at the end of her session we got to take some images at the pool. It’s so much fun to go to new locations and do something different! We had such a good time taking images at the studio and outdoors at Creekside as well. Jenny is so much fun! I’m sure she’ll have an amazing senior year and beyond!

PORTRAITS BY KNIGHT 116 MILL ST. GAHANNA
A New Beginning
These two adorable people (who are about to become three adorable people!) have lived down the street from us for many years. They have two energetic dogs that make our boys laugh whenever we take walks around the neighborhood. Our oldest has even been know to knock around a few golf balls with them in the open field behind our house. When they told us they were expecting a little one, we could be nothing but overjoyed for them. It’s so wonderful to photograph people you know when they’re going through such an exciting time in their lives. I feel honored to be able to portray the feelings they have for their new addition even before they’ve gotten a chance to hold her tiny fingers and see the sparkle in her newborn eyes. In about 4 weeks, they’ll get the opportunity to do just that. I wish nothing but the best for them as they continue on the exciting journey of life.
Beautiful Girls
I have had the wonderful opportunity to work with this family many times in the past, but this is the first time we’ve gotten the whole gang together, which included the girls’ grandparents, aunts, and uncles. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching this family go from having two beautiful girls to the glorious surprise of their third. It’s so fun for me to talk with them about their Disney princesses and baby dolls since I live in a house full of boys! Once we were done with the formal portrait of the group, the girls and I got a chance to play a little in the beautiful, lush landscaping at Inniswood-one of my favorite places to photograph. I love how the littlest one wandered aimlessly down a path full of enormous hostas-oh the enchanting wonders of childhood.
